quarter 2017 financial results for the three months and six months
ended June 30, 2017 on Wednesday, August 2, 2017, after the close of
market.

Special Meeting Notice
The Company today announced that it has set the record and
meeting date for the special meeting of its shareholders to
consider an additional investment of 23,955,420 Common Shares of
the Company by a wholly-owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc.
("Berkshire"), on a private placement basis.
Shareholders of record as of the close of business on
August 8, 2017 will be entitled to
vote at the special meeting, which will be held on September 12, 2017. The additional investment by
Berkshire must be approved by a majority of votes cast at the
special meeting, excluding the Common Shares of the Company
beneficially held by Berkshire, or over which it exercises control
or direction. The Company expects to file the Management
Information Circular and Form of Proxy for the special meeting no
later than August 21, 2017.
