clients and CIBC team members impacted by the wildfires that
continue to spread across British
Columbia. CIBC has also donated $50,000 to the Canadian Red Cross to assist with
relief efforts in the province.

program in place to help you get you through this difficult
time."
For clients directly affected by this situation, CIBC will look
at ways to offer support, including:
- Special payment arrangements on mortgages, loans and credit
card bills
- Re-amortizing of mortgages (to result in lower payments)
- Reversing service fees and non-CIBC ATM withdrawal fees
- Providing access to funds in term deposits, GICs
- Customized accommodations for commercial clients

Two CIBC Banking Centres in Williams
Lake and 100 Mile House have been closed due to an
evacuation order and several others are being closely monitored.
