Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On January 24, 2017, 3DIcon Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has engaged a marketing consultant, Ragnar Avery, to lead the Company’s sales initiatives for its proprietary liquid silicon precursor.
