Rohan Pai to Senior Vice
President, Investor Relations and Treasury. Mr. Pai joined
Selective in October 2016.
Prior to that, he served as Director, Corporate Finance for
Renaissance Re Holdings, Ltd. He holds a bachelor's degree in
Economics, with a concentration in Finance and Political Science,
from Northwestern University in
Illinois and is a certified
Chartered Financial Analyst.
Michael Lucas to Vice
President, Underwriting for Selective's Heartland Region. Mr.
Lucas joined Selective in August 2016. Prior to that, he
served as Vice President and Manager, Industry Practices at Liberty
Mutual. Mr. Lucas earned an MBA in Organizational
Leadership/Management from Franklin
University and a bachelor's degree in Finance/Risk
Management from Bowling Green State
University, both in Ohio.
He holds a designation as a Certified Property Casualty
Underwriter.
Brian Tallman to Vice
President, Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership
Development. Mr. Tallman joined Selective in September
2016. Prior to that, he served as Senior HR Director,
Leadership Development and Global HR Transformation at
Unilever. Mr. Tallman earned a bachelor's degree in
Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson
University in New Jersey
and has Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Betty Johnson to Assistant
Vice President, Actuarial Pricing. Ms. Johnson joined Selective in
2007. Prior to that, she served as Assistant Vice President at Crum
& Forster. Ms. Johnson earned a bachelor's degree in
Mathematics and Statistics from the University
of Rochester in New York.
She is an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society and is a
member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
Robert Stark to Assistant
Vice President, Facilities and Business Continuity. Mr. Stark
joined Selective in August 2016. Prior to that, he served as
Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Stark earned a
bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pace University in New
York, and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate
Management, International Council of Shopping Centers,
International Facility Management Association, Building Owners and
Managers Association, National Green Building Council and a LEED
Associate.
