Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR) (“Ventas” or the “Company”) today announced that Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Debra A. Cafaro will participate in the Harvard Business Review’s Top 100 CEOs panel discussion at the EY Strategic Growth Forum on November 18th in Palm Springs, California. The panel discussion is scheduled for 7:00 a.m. Pacific Time.

The panel will be moderated by Adi Ignatius, Editor in Chief of the Harvard Business Review Group. The panelists include: Doug Baker, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Ecolab; and Leonard Schleifer, M.D., Ph.D., Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Debra A. Cafaro was recognized by the Harvard Business Review as one of “The Best-Performing CEOs in the World.” She is one of 30 CEOs named to the Harvard Business Review list for three consecutive years and one of only two women on this year’s list.
