On November 15, 2016, Cousins Properties Incorporated (the “Company”) intends to present a Third Quarter Fact Sheet and certain presentation materials as part of its outreach program to certain analysts and investors in conjunction with REITWorld, the NAREIT annual convention to be held in Phoenix, Arizona, November 15-17, 2016. A copy of this Third Quarter Fact Sheet is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. A copy of the presentation materials is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
