Quadrant Homes’ Evergreen Heights Community
Selling Fast Even Before Model Opens This Saturday
Sales have taken off for Bellevue-based homebuilder Quadrant
Homes’ recently opened Evergreen Heights, even before the model
opening this Saturday, November 12. The new, 60 home-site community
on Roosevelt Road in Monroe has seen a surge in offers from
families moving from nearby cities like Bothell and Mill Creek. The
luster of urban life is fading due to high prices in these areas.
The new homebuyers are swapping their current community for a
housing upgrade, less traffic and extra space.
“Sales have already been brisk and we can see why—Evergreen
Heights is the ideal location for families looking for all the best
things Monroe has to offer, including easy access to major
freeways, outdoor activities and shopping,” said Ken Krivanec,
president of Quadrant Homes. “We’re excited to be building premium
homes in this growing area.”
Many of the new homebuyers are employed by big companies such as
Boeing and Microsoft. Both employers are conveniently located
within a reasonable driving distance from Monroe.
Evergreen Heights’ premium homes start at $449,000 and range in
size from 2,400 to 3,000 square feet, with up to six bedrooms, two
and three-quarter baths and 3-car garages. All homes in Evergreen
Heights include nine-foot ceilings throughout, granite slab
countertops, five-piece master bath suites, outdoor patios, and
landscaping.
The community’s Model Grand Opening is this Sunday, November 12,
from 12 p.m. - 3 p.m., and will include a catered light lunch,
tours of two models, and a drawing to win an Amazon Echo.
Buyers can choose from a variety of floor plans or select a
move-in ready home. Flex options allow buyers to personalize their
floor plan. Quadrant’s Design Studio offers professional designers
who provide examples and ideas; optional upgrades include barn
doors, quartz counters, third car garages, outdoor fireplaces, and
covered patios.
“Buyers appreciate being able to personalize their plan,” said
Krivanec. “We’ve seen some customers convert an extra bedroom into
a study, while others make changes to their master retreat to
create a true getaway from their busy lives.”
