                             Domestic Trend 
 
   In the south, long and medium grain milled rice prices steady.  Parboiled 
prices steady; Second heads and Brewers prices steady.  Rice by-products: Rice 
Bran, Millfeed and ground rice hulls prices steady to firm as supplies are 
limited. 
   In California, medium grain milled rice prices steady.  Second head and 
Brewers prices steady.  Rice by-products:  Rice Bran prices steady to firm as 
supplies are limited; rice hulls prices steady to weak due to competing 
commodities in same market. 
   CME Rough Rice settlements for Friday 21st, Nov 16 closed .035 lower at 10.29; 
Jan 17 closed .025 lower at 10.55; Mar 17 closed .03 lower at 10.795.  US dollar 
index on Friday settled at 98.70.
