Inc. ("iSIGN" or "Company") (TSX-V: ISD) (OTC: ISDSF), a leading

advises that as a result of their delay in filing its annual
audited financial statements, management discussion and analysis
and related CEO and CFO certificates, collectively the "Required
Documents"), the filing of is first quarter Required Documents will
also be delayed.
Information that is contained within both the financial
statements and the management discussion and analysis is dependent
upon the completion of the year-end documents. In order to
complete these documents for the first quarter, we need to first
close and release the Required Documents for the year-end.
The Company plans to file the first quarter's Required Documents
in conjunction with its annual filing by no later than October 31, 2016.
Until the Required Documents are filed, the Company intends to
provide information in accordance with National Policy 12-203 –
Management Cease Trade Orders, including the issuance of
bi-weekly default status reports.
