Over the past six months, IFBC has entered into several
Agreements which will allow it to significantly expand its food and
beverage operations:
1) In early November, 2015, IFBC signed an Agreement
with La Giubi srl, a company which has been chosen to
represent the project "Path of Peace" for the Vatican's
Extraordinary Jubilee of Mercy, to provide food trucks during the
current Jubilee. As a partner in this project, IFBC will supply up
to 100 food trucks, known as "Ape," to provide food and drink to

3) In mid-December, 2015, IFBC entered in an Agreement with
Brand Out, Inc., one of Italy's premier booking companies, to
provide IFBC with the food stands necessary to service the
aforementioned Agreements. As a consequence of this new
arrangement, IFBC will significantly increase its revenues by
supplying food and beverages to all the food stands provided by
Brand Out. (http://brandout.it/).

Kilometro Zero Catering, Inc., (KZC), one of Italys premier
catering companies, which has been contracted to supply IFBC with
quality, natural, made-from-scratch food to all of IFBCs food
stands throughout Italy. KZC is renowned for its 100% natural foods
and drinks, all of which are rich in nutrients and share a
deliciously intense flavor that is achieved by using only the
freshest products, picked from the Campagna Amica (see announcement
