Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
Technical Communications Corporation received an order valued at
approximately $3,287,000 from the Ministry of Defense of the Government
of the Arab Republic of Egypt for our 72A-SP bulk encryption equipment.
This contract became effective on November 25, 2014.

Announces
$3.3 Million Contract to Secure Military Communications
CONCORD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--December 2, 2014--Technical
Communications Corporation (NasdaqCM: TCCO) today announced that it
received a $3.3 million contract from the Government of Egypt for the
company’s DSD 72A-SP military bulk encryption systems, training and
support. Delivery of the equipment and training services are expected
during the first nine months of TCC’s 2015 fiscal year.

The DSD 72A-SP is a member of TCC’s network encryption family. It

by the DSD 72A-SP.
