MIAMI, FL--(Marketwired - Feb 6, 2014) - Intelligent Living Inc.
(OTCQB: ILIV) in its quest to enter into new lucrative business
segments and products, has entered into an LOI to acquire the
assets of Green Roads of Florida, LLC, a private company engaged in
the research and development of alternative medicine products using
cannabinoid based products. Green Roads is being purchased for
their patent pending portfolio of cannabinoid based products and
their management's expertise in the industry.
Recent positive developments
in the United States, Canada and other countries such as Uruguay
have added fuel and optimism to the industry and what is possibly
considered a vast and extremely profitable business for
participants in this industry. Previous acquisitions made by
Intelligent Living to enter into the nutraceutical markets has
directed the company to recently focus its priorities towards these
two initiatives while awaiting for positive catalysts in the
medical marijuana industry to materialize prior to making more
concrete decisions towards Medical Marijuana. Due to the recent
positive legal changes and attitudes towards Medical Marijuana and
recreational Marijuana use in general, Intelligent Living Inc. has
sped up negotiations with Florida based Green Roads. Intelligent
Living will provide Green Roads financing allowing it to file an
application for licenses and expressed confidence of a government
