AlumiFuel Power Corporation, a Nevada Corporation, hereby requests an extension until April 16, 2012, for the filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2011. This additional time is necessary for the Registrant to complete preparation of the required financial statements. The Registrant plans to file the Form 10-K as soon as reasonably practicable.

As of the filing of this report, the Registrant is unable to provide a reasonable quantitative estimate of the results of operations for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2011 as it is still working to complete preparation of the required financial statements.
