Guardian Capital LP, the manager (the Manager) of Guardian i3 US Quality Growth ETF, Guardian Ultra-Short Canadian T-Bill Fund and Guardian Ultra-Short U.S. T-Bill Fund (the Funds), announced today an update to the investment time horizon of the Funds. Effective immediately, the investment time horizons for the Funds are changing, as reflected in the table below:
