Dealings by Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities
("PDMRs").


The Company was informed today that on the 25th September 2007, D Knight, Chief
Executive Director, and R Turnbull, Finance Director, purchased 20,000 Ordinary
Shares and 25,000 Ordinary Shares respectively at a price of 2.05 pence.


Following the above transactions D Knight and R Turnbull have an interest in
250,300 and 64,819 Ordinary Shares respectively representing 0.74% and 0.19%
respectively of the issued share capital of the Company.
