                            Dealings by Directors



The Company announces that it was informed today that, The ScS Upholstery
Employee Benefits Trust, a company of which the Directors are trustees and
have an interest, yesterday purchased 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of
189p per share. Following this purchase, 170,015 ordinary shares are now held
in The ScS Upholstery Employee Benefits Trust, representing 0.53% of the
issued share capital of ScS Upholstery plc.
