Exercise of Warrants

StratMin Global Resources Plc (AIM: STGR), the London listed graphite production and exploration company, announces that it has issued 102,500 new ordinary shares of 4p each ("Ordinary Shares"). These shares have been issued in relation to the exercise of warrants.

Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that trading will commence on 12 March 2013.

On admission, the Company will have 60,379,498 Ordinary Shares in issue.
