Grant of Options

The Board of Stratmin announces that it has adopted a new share option scheme on 2 March 2012 ("Option Scheme"). The Option Scheme provides for the issue of options at a fixed price to employees and directors of the Company up to a maximum of 20% of the share capital of the Company immediately before the grant of the option.

On 2 March 2012, the Company agreed to grant options equally to Gobind Sahney and Jeff Marvin, both directors of Company, over a total of 9,580,806 ordinary shares in the Company representing 15% of the issued share capital of the Company. The options have been granted with an exercise price of 2.25p, being the market share price of the ordinary shares on 5 March 2012, being the first dealing day following the date of grant, and are exercisable at any time within ten years from the date of the grant. Therefore, following the grant of the options, Mr Sahney and Mr Marvin both hold options over 4,790,403 ordinary shares in the Company.
