Issue of Equity

The Company announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 5,462,123 New Ordinary Shares of 1p each to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") following the exercise of options by employees of the Company, and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00am on 8 June 2011.

Following admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 101,138,166 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
