Interim results to 31 December 2007



Due to minor administrative issues the interim results for the period ending 31
December 2007 have been delayed.  Spitfire Oil Limited now anticipates releasing
these results by the 4th April.  Accordingly, AIM will suspend the shares of
Spitfire Oil Limited until such time that the interim results are issued.
