Resignation of Non-Executive Director
Servelec, the UK-based technology and software group, announces
that it has received notice from Bernie Waldron, non-executive
director of the company, of his intention to resign from the Board
of Directors at the Group's Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 26
April 2017, due to an increase in his Private Equity commitments
and other interests. The Group is currently going through a process
to replace Mr Waldron and will update the market accordingly.
Commenting on today's announcement, Richard Last, Non-executive
Chairman said: "On behalf of the whole Board I would like to
express our thanks to Bernie. We have all benefitted greatly from
his contributions in the three years since our IPO and we wish him
the very best going forward."
