CHELVERTON SMALL COMPANIES DIVIDEND TRUST PLC

INTERIM DIVIDEND

The Company has today declared a second interim dividend in respect of the year 1 May 2016 to 30 April 2017.

A second interim dividend of 1.85p per Ordinary share will be paid on 3 January 2017 to the holders of Ordinary shares on the register at 9 December 2016, with an ex-dividend date of 8 December 2016.
