The Company is pleased to announce that it has received confirmation from the
Department of Health that Reed Nurse, a division of the Company, has been
accepted for participation in the London Agency Project initiative 
(the "LAP").

The LAP was announced in January 2001 with the intention of creating a central
body responsible for drawing up a framework for contracts between London based
NHS Trusts and temporary staffing agencies to supply specialist temporary
nurses and other temporary staff to the healthcare sector.

Commenting on this development, Christa Echtle, Managing Director of Reed
Health Group PLC said, "We are delighted that the Company will be
participating in the LAP.  I believe that the Company is now well placed to
continue to develop and strengthen its position in the London market, an area
where we have historically had a significant presence."
