Parkwood Holdings plc ("Parkwood" or the "Company")

Parkwood announces that, at an extraordinary general meeting of the

Company, which took place at 11.00 a.m. today, all resolutions put before

the meeting were approved by the Company's shareholders. As a result

of this, the Company now has approval to purchase up to 3,210,000 Ordinary

Shares, representing 14.99 per cent of the Company's issued share

capital.
