DIRECTORATE CHANGE 
 
 
Parkwood Holdings plc, the specialist support services group, announces that 
Group Finance Director, Terry Bowman, has informed the Board that he wishes to 
return to his previous career in interim management. He will step down from the 
Board on 31 March 2009 after completing two years in this role with the Group 
which he also served as Group Finance Director between 1993 and 1998. 
 
 
Tony Hewitt, Executive Chairman commented: 
"We are sorry to lose Terry. His contribution to the continuing growth of the 
business and professionalism during his time with the Group will be missed. We 
wish him well for the future. A new Group Finance Director will be appointed in 
due course."
