Transaction in Own Shares
Parkwood Holdings PLC announces that on 2 July 2008 the Company purchased for
Treasury 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Capital of the Company
('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 125.0 pence per share.
The capital of the Company consists of 18,915,420 Ordinary Shares with a
nominal value of 1p each, with voting rights.
The Company holds 150,000 ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 18,765,420.
