                         Interim Management Statement                          

                   for the three months ended 31 March 2008                    

Parkwood Holdings Plc (Parkwood), the specialist support services group, is
today issuing its first interim Management Statement as required by the
Disclosure Rules and the Transparency Rules of the Financial Services
Authority.

Trading Performance for the first quarter of this financial year shows the
following key results:

  * Total Group Revenue has increased by 19% compared with the same period in
    2007 as a result of new contract starts and acquisitions in the past 12
    months; and
   
  * Overall trading remains in line with market expectations.
   
Business Development

The Group's order book has increased by 35% to �546 million (2007: �405
million) as a result of new contract wins in the Glendale and Leisure Divisions
in the quarter; increasing the forward order book by �33m. A further new seven
year leisure management contract with Cherwell District Council commenced on 28
April 2008.

Glendale, the Group's green services division, commenced a new five year
grounds management contract with North Devon District Council on 1 April 2008.

into other parts of England and Wales, dealing both with the NHS and the
private sector.
