                            Appointment of Director                            

Parkwood Holdings plc, the specialist support services group, is pleased to
announce the appointment of Nick Temple-Heald as an Executive Director with
effect from 1 May 2008.

Nick is the Managing Director of the Group's `green services' division,
Glendale, a post he has held since November 2004, during which time the
division has increased revenues by over 50% and Operating Profit by almost 40%.

Before joining Nick had previous roles as a UK Operations Director for the
Scots Company (UK) Ltd, Levington Horticulture Ltd and Fisons.
