The Company was informed on 21 November 2007 of the following transaction in
the ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"):

On 20 November 2007, Mr R Tolkien, Non-executive director, purchased 3,000
Ordinary Shares at a price of 112 pence per Ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mr Tolkien's total beneficial and non-beneficial
holding in the Company is 4,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.2 per cent. of
the Company's total issued share capital.
