                            DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDING

The Company was informed on 14 November 2007 of the following transaction in 
the ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company 
("Ordinary Shares"):

On 14 November 2007, Ms S C Kling, Non-executive Director, purchased 6,394 
Ordinary Shares at a price of 113.7 pence per Ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Ms Kling's total beneficial and non beneficial 
holding in the Company is 60,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.31 per cent. 
of the Company's total issued share capital.
