AGM STATEMENT
At today's Annual General Meeting of Parkwood Holdings plc, the eight ordinary
and two special resolutions set out in the Agenda were passed by shareholders.
In addition, as previously announced in the Annual Report, the Group confirmed
that Chris Marsh, who has been a non-executive Director of Parkwood since 1999,
is stepping down as a Group Director with effect from today's date. The
Chairman today put on record his thanks for Chris' significant contribution to
the Group over this period.
As announced on 18th April 2006, Chris has been replaced as a non-executive
Director by Richard Tolkien who was appointed to the board on 1st May 2006.
With effect from the Annual General Meeting, Sarah Kling, non-executive
Director has been appointed as the Senior Independent non-executive Director.
The Group is pleased to confirm that trading to date in the year 2006 is in
line with the Board's expectations.

the NHS and the private sector.
