                            DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING                            

The Company was informed on 2nd May 2006 of the following transactions in the
ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

On 2nd May 2006, Mr A G Holt, Executive director exercised share options over
14,000 Ordinary Shares at 30 pence per share and 12,000 Ordinary Shares at 20
pence per share.

On 2nd May 2006, Mr A G Holt sold 26,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.13% of
the Company's issued ordinary share capital, at a price of 76p per share.

Following these transactions, Mr Holt's total non beneficial holding in the
Company remains unchanged at 4,843 Ordinary Shares representing 0.02 per cent.
of the Company's total issued share capital.
