NatWest Group plc (the "Company") announces that an option to acquire 3200 ordinary shares of GBP1 each in the Company ("Shares") (ISIN: GB00B7T77214) was granted on 16 November 2020 under NatWest Group plc 2017 ShareSave Plan ("Plan"), at the option price of GBP1.1247 per Share, to Katie Murray, PDMR and Chief Financial Officer.

Subject to the rules of the Plan, the option will become exercisable from 18 December 2023. This transaction took place outside of a trading venue.
