    Directorship change

    Mr G. M. Magan will retire as Chairman of the Company, and step down from the Board, on 31st December, 2008. He will be succeeded as
non-executive Chairman by Lord Daresbury, who joined the Board of the Company in 2007.

    The Board of Mallett are enormously grateful to Mr George Magan for his outstanding contribution to the company since he became Chairman
in 2000, and are very pleased to welcome Lord Daresbury in succession, as Chairman with effect from 1st January 2009.
