  March 6, 2009, Hod Hasharon, Israel - Leadcom Integrated Solutions Ltd. ('Leadcom' or 'the Company', AIM: LEAD), a leading international provider of innovative telecommunication solutions, announces new strategic appointments within the Company: Mr. Eyal Ben-Amram as the Chief Operations Officer, Mr. Michael Keltai as the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Mr. Yamil Franco as the Region Head of the Americas Territory, and Mr. Uzi Ram as Region Head of the Africa Territory (East). 


 




  These new appointments add significant experience and expertise to the Company's management team. 


 




  The following is a brief description of these appointments: 


 




  Eyal Ben-Amram - Chief Operations Officer 


 




  Eyal Ben-Amram (46) joins Leadcom with extensive experience in managing and delivering complex projects in information technology in the telecommunications arena. Prior to joining Leadcom, Mr. Ben-Amram held key positions at Amdocs Ltd., serving as its Chief Information Officer and as its Head of Delivery Operations. Previously, Mr. Ben-Amram served as Vice President of Operations at Aprion Digital and Scitex Vision and held various management positions at Scitex Corporation Ltd. He started his professional career at El Al Israel Airlines as a Senior Operational Research Engineer. Mr. Ben-Amram holds a M.B.A. and a B.S.c. in Industrial Engineering, and graduated with honors from the Tel-Aviv University. 


 




  Michael Keltai - Chief Sales & Marketing Officer 


 




  Michael Keltai (52) has been appointed as Leadcom's Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. Mr. Keltai joined Leadcom in December 2006 and has assumed the positions of General Manager of the North American territory and the Americas territory. Prior to joining Leadcom, Mr. Keltai held the position of Group Sales Director for Stirk Lamont Associates, and several positions at Nokia Networks in Latin America as Country Director and as Sales and Marketing Director of the Global VAR Program. He has over 20 years of experience in management positions in the telecommunications, data technology, oil and gas, and medical technology sectors. Mr. Keltai holds a BSc. in Electronic Engineering as well as a Master of Science Degree in Engineering from Queen's University Belfast. 


 




  Yamil Franco - Region Head of the Americas Territory 


 




  Mr. Yamil Franco (35) has been appointed Leadcom's Region Head of the Americas Territory. Mr. Franco joined Leadcom in November 2002 as Country Manager and as CALA's Operations Manager. In January 2008, he was appointed as Central Regional Manager of the Americas Territory. Prior to joining Leadcom, Yamil served as part of the Deployment Team and as Technical Deployment Manager for Conecel, which is part of the America Movil Group. He has over 10 years of experience in management positions in the telecommunication industry. Yamil holds a BSc in Electrical Power System Engineering from ESPOL (Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral in Ecuador) and a Management Administration Degree from INDEG (Instituto de Desarrollo Empresarial y Gerencial in Ecuador). 


 




  Uzi Ram - Region Head of the Africa Territory (East) 


 




  Uzi Ram (57) has been appointed Leadcom's Region Head of the Africa Territory (East) in February 2009. Mr. Ram joined Leadcom in December 2007 as Eastern Europe Region Manager. In April 2008 he became East Africa Region Manager. Before joining Leadcom, Mr. Ram held various positions at Telrad Network for 26 years. Mr. Ram holds a BSc from the Technion Haifa and completed a Management Development course at Bar Ilan University. 


 




  Correction to announcement made on the 15 December 2008 relating to Mr. Yacov Perry's appointment as a director of the Company: Mr. Perry also served as chairman of Be Contact Ltd. between the years 2006-2007.
