                           RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING


Investika Ltd ("Investika" or the "Company") (AIM : IVK), the investment company
in the mining finance industry with a focus on pre-production emerging resource
opportunities wishes to inform and update the market on the following results of
today's General Meeting.


We wish to advise that at the General Meeting of Shareholders held today all
four Resolutions were passed.


The total number of proxy results exercisable by all proxies validly appointed
was 7,007,933.  Instructions in respect of the proxies were:
