Statement re suspension

As set out in the Circular to Shareholders published on 19 October 2016, prior to the resolutions to approve the Disposal of the Company's Investments, payment of the proposed Dividend and the Cancellation by the UKLA of the listing of the Company's Shares on the Official List that will be put to Shareholders at the First General Meeting of the Company to be held at 11.00am on 14 November 2016, trading in the Company's Shares has now been suspended at the request of the Company.

Unless the context otherwise requires, defined terms in this announcement shall have the meanings given to them in the Circular.
