Holding in Company - cancellation of announcement

The RNS announcement released under RNS number 4636H released on 9 August at 
14:23 should be disregarded.

The previous announcement released relates to the acquisition of 2,516,806
ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 8 August
2006 by JOHCM OEIC Managers LLP. The Company seeks to clarify that these
Ordinary Shares were purchased in connection with a placing announced on 18 July
2006, and these placing shares are yet to be issued. As a result, the total
current shareholding of 8,786,806 Ordinary Shares for JOHCM OEIC which was
disclosed in the previous announcement is incorrect. JOHCM OEIC Managers LLP
current shareholding in the Company remains at 5,540,000 Ordinary Shares.
