    Director's shareholding

    Imprint announces that 650,000 new Imprint ordinary shares (the 'New Ordinary Shares') have been issued and allotted following the
exercise of options by John Hunter, a director of the Company. Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, John Hunter is interested in
654,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.64 per cent. of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.

    In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Imprint confirms that, following the issue of the New Ordinary
Shares, the Company has 39,841,422 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue under the ISIN code GB0030417058.
