Repayment of unsecured loan stock

Following the successful completion of its recent placing of new ordinary shares and in line with its intent announced on 21 October 2013, the Company has today repaid the outstanding principal and accrued interest to the holders of the GBP12.79 million of unsecured loan stock. As a result, the parent Company is now debt free.
