Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces it was notified today that on 19 September 2018 Gary Hoffman, Director of the Company, disposed of 545,187 ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company for GBP2.69 per Ordinary share.

This notification is made in order to satisfy both section 793 of the Companies Act 2006 and article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
