Nighthawk, the US focused oil development and production company (AIM: HAWK and OTCQX: NHEGY) announces that it received notification on 29 June 2011 that on that day, Richard Swindells, Chief Financial Officer of Nighthawk, purchased 156,517 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company at a price of 4.76p per share. Following the purchase Mr. Swindells holds 465,637 ordinary shares representing 0.12 per cent. of the issued share capital.
