                         Directors Interests In Shares


As part of the Milestone Shares Compensation Plan, David Reading and David
Grannell, both directors of the Company, have today acquired ownership of
100,000 common shares and 170,000 common shares respectively of the Company.
Following this they now have an interest in 100,000 and 467,100 common shares
respectively. These holdings represent 0.10 per cent. and 0.42 per cent. of the
issued common shares of the Company.
