Amendment to Loan Agreement

Conexion Media Group and Polymer Holdings Ltd have amended their loan agreement which was entered into on 22 December 2008 such that the outstanding balance of the loan, originally repayable by 22 December 2011, is now repayable on 31(st) January 2012. All other terms of the loan agreement remain unchanged.

The directors, having consulted with finnCap, consider the terms of the transaction to be fair and reasonable insofar as shareholders are concerned.
