                  APPOINTMENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR
                               FOR THE US MARKET

The Board of Croma, the AIM listed Surveillance Security and Homeland Defence
specialist, announces today the appointment of Montaigne Investment Corporation
as its North American business development advisor, with a brief to identify and
develop complementary relationships within the U.S Homeland Defence and Security
Sector.

Montaigne Investment Corporation has offices in both America and Europe, and
advises North American companies that are expanding into Europe with a
particular emphasis on Homeland Defence and Security Sectors.

Commenting on today's announcement, John French, Executive Chairman of Croma,
said: "With the current growth of our business, by way of both core growth and
acquisition, compounded with the heightened awareness of geo-political security
issues, the Board feels that the time is approaching to explore further
opportunities on a broader, international basis."

The Board hopes to make further related announcements in the short term future.
