    Clipper Ventures Plc ("Company") was notified on 15 September that Sir Robin Knox-Johnston acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 10 September 2008 at a price of 8 pence per share and a further 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares on 15
September 2008 at a price of 9.25 pence per share.

    Following these purchases, Sir Robin Knox-Johnston is interested in 4,849,941 Ordinary Shares representing 12.4 per cent. of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
