Directors' Dealings

Cellcast plc (AIM:CLTV), a global interactive digital broadcaster, announces
that Andrew Wilson, CEO of Cellcast, purchased 58,000 ordinary shares in the
Company on 5 September 2006 at a price of 8.35p per share. Andrew is now
interested in 2,955,997 ordinary shares in the company representing 10.43 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Bertrand Folliet, COO of Cellcast, purchased 27,500 ordinary shares in the
Company on 4 September at a price of 8.25p per share. Bertrand is now interested
in 2,925,497 ordinary shares in the Company representing 10.32 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.
