                         Cubus Lux plc (the 'Company')


The Company has today made application for 4,304,993 ordinary share to be
admitted to trading on AIM.


The ordinary shares were issued as a result of previous placings for cash but
due to an administrative error has not yet been admitted to trading. Admission
is expected to occur on 2 January 2007.


As a result of this admission the issued share capital of the Company has not
changed and remains at 71,656,994 ordinary shares.
