The Company was notified on 05 December 2019 that the following holding of Ordinary Shares was acquired and is beneficially held by Sir Michael Bunbury, a Director of the Company and Chairman of the Board:

Purchased:

• 4,000 Ordinary Shares of no par value in the Capital of the Company designated as Sterling Shares at a price of at GBP 14.746 per share.

Following this purchase, Sir Michael Bunbury now holds a total of 11,000 GBP class Ordinary Shares in the Capital of the Company.
