I'd ve surprised if it doesn't. I also was surprised Florida didn’t pass, so what do I know. Lol.

For lack of better descriptions, their are Good TCNNF investors, and their are bad TCNNF investors. The good TCNNF investors need to find a way to over come The damage to TCNNF PPS caused by the bad TCNNF investors. In fact calling the people Responsible for destroying TCNNFs PPS, Investors, is a despicable use of the word Investor. TCNNFs future is so bright, the only reason TCNNF is trading for less than $5 a share now, instead of over a $100 a share now. Is totally attributable to deliberate price manipulation.

At least TCNNF doesn't import it's product, so no tariff's on plants. With RFK jr in HHS do we now see any positive movement towards MJ ? I haven't seen much volume movement.

Looks like we have the end of the day seller back here driving things lower.

Don't forget 10% or less of the people who are in favor of MJ products trade TCNNF stock. But 90% or more of the people who hate MJ products buy TCNNF stock then sell it for less than they paid for it. Just to teach the people who like/invest in MJ stocks like TCNNF a lesson. I told everyone to watch the volume and today we had better than usual volume. Let's see if it continues. We could be on the precipice of something positive happening.

Earnings report on 27 Feb. I think we are the right track and a lot of wheels are turning. We now have DOJ director in place. Hearing on debanking etc.

Stock PPS Will go to. Then "bad investors" read what the good investors think. The bad investors then do everything in their power
To make sure the PPS of that company doesn't come within 10%
(Or less) Of what the good investors claim the stocks PPS should be.
Example:
How many times have TCNNFs good investors claimed TCNNF
Should be trading for over $50 a share. Other good TCNNF investors
Have claimed TCNNF should be trading for between $150 and $300
A share.
And TCNNF is trading for less than $5.
Two to Three percent of what it should be trading for.
So who do the good TCNNF investors have to blame?

So, while we're all hoping at the least to get MJ reclassified and at best legalized, I'm more interested to see if the powers that be will allow the industry to flourish once Federally legalized or if they will follow Canada's lead and tax it to death. If he is the same guy trump pardoned in his first term, then he will do as trump says and is probably the eyes and ears. I think everything comes down to the people that can influence trump and I don't see the director being a lone gun on issues that trump's inner circle wants done. So basically bring on the new guy, assign him to go after cartels and don't impede the MJ industry that most states have approved.

It's time to get rid of the old mindset like this guy. I read some comments he made about MJ. They always talk about fentanyl being so dangerous then they lump MJ next to it. I want to see the stats on how many people have overdosed and died on MJ. All of these old timers need to just stay retired.
